Mother's Day

Join the Brudenell for a Mother's Day treat with a small gift for all the lovely mums. Head Chef James likes to utilise the fresh ingredients abundant in Suffolk, try new recipes and create exciting, new & wonderful dishes. This special Mother's Day menu reflect James’ passion for creating delicious dishes using local & fresh ingredients.

Our Mother's Day menu will be served in the sea-view restaurant Sunday 30th March from 12.00 noon - 8.00pm.

Starter


Greenland prawn cocktail with iceberg lettuce, tomato, cucumber and lemon
Gravadlax of salmon with caper berries
Rillettes of gressingham duck and dingley dell pork with cornichons, stokes cyder mustard and toast
Lane farm ham hock fritter with piccalilli
Crisp fried binham blue cheese with an apple, chicory and walnut salad
Smoked chicken Caesar salad with garlic croutons, parmesan, lane farm bacon and soft boiled free range egg
Cream of mushroom soup, swirled with cream and chives

Main Course


Pinneys smoked haddock with creamy mashed potato, spinach, poached free range egg and parsley sauce
Roasted sirloin of east anglian beef, Yorkshire pudding, cauliflower gratin, spiced red cabbage, chantenay carrots, roast potatoes and carrots and real gravy
