With its beautiful seaviews and tranquil setting just a pebble’s throw from Aldeburgh’s shingle beach, the Avocet is a stylish and intimate room, which can accommodate a wide variety of special occasions for up to 20 guests. It has its own private entrance and a sea-facing terrace, just perfect for pre-dinner drinks receptions during the summer months.
There is something particularly appealing about sitting around a large candlelit table with friends, with a few bottles of great wine, personal service and, of course, something seriously delicious to eat. Head chef, Francis Moore, is passionate about using the highest quality produce to create exquisite menus which can be written specifically for your party if you wish. What’s more, the selection of fine wines, attentive yet unobtrusive service and professionalism are key ingredients to making your event a success.
