As a guest at the hotel, the convenience of having the restaurant on the doorstep is not the only good reason to try The Bru. Now led by Head Chef Justin Kett, who spent time cooking and working abroad before finally settling at the Michelin starred Castle Hotel at Taunton, under the auspices of Head Chef Richard Guest, Justin has returned to his Suffolk roots. He more recently spent time at the Swan at Southwold and his passion for using fresh home-grown produce sourced from local suppliers continues. A must is his delicious fresh fish and seafood dishes. His style is simple, unpretentious, good honest cooking with a touch of flair.
