The T A Hotel Collection is supporting Suffolk Day on 21st June with fantastic Suffolk themed menus across the group's hotels.
The Brudenell and White Lion hotels in Aldeburgh, and the Crown at Woodbridge will all be running a Suffolk Day menu in their restaurants which will feature only local produce, making the very best of what the county has to offer.
The menu at the Brudenell’s Seafood & Grill restaurant will feature fresh fish and shellfish; whilst Sea Spice, located within the White Lion, will combine local Suffolk ingredients with exotic spices to create delicious Indian cuisine; the White Lion’s Brassiere Bleue will be serving a Thorpeness courgette flower, pigeon breast, strawberries and cream, and a St Edmund’s bun; and the Crown at Woodbridge will feature their chef’s signature dish, butter poached Sutton Hoo chicken with Suffolk asparagus and locally forged edible flowers.
The T A Hotel Collection is a group of award winning luxury hotels and leisure businesses located across Suffolk, also including the Swan at Lavenham, the Thorpness Hotel & Golf Club, and Thorpeness Country Club.
Peter Osbourne, T A Hotel Collection Managing Director, said: “As a group, we pride ourselves on using local produce and suppliers to put our menus together, especially on the coast where our hotels are right by the sea – so you will often see Pinney’s fish, Thorpeness asparagus and Penny Bun Bakery bread on our menus – but we want to take this opportunity to really celebrate what our great county has to offer with purely locally sourced food on the menu.”
