Pink Floyd fans will be treated to full-on concert dedicated to the band’s original progressive and psychedelic music on Saturday, 3rd October at the Jubilee Hall in Aldeburgh.
Played by Dark Side of the Wall, one of the country's leading Pink Floyd tribute bands with nearly 20 years of live performances behind them, the concert will include a selection of the band’s most popular recordings. The evening is being organised by the town’s seafront White Lion Hotel as part of their autumn events programme and includes an optional four-course dinner.
Famous for their philosophical lyrics, sonic experimentation, extended compositions and elaborate live shows, Pink Floyd were one of the most successful and musically influential bands in the history of modern music.
Tickets are £50 per person including the meal, pre-concert entertainment and the best seats in the Jubilee Hall, or £20 for the concert only. Sit down for the meal at 6pm, or arrive from 7.30pm for the show which starts at 8.30pm.
